For better control, MFE has implemented policies and procedures for Anti-Money-Laundering (“AML”), Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”), and Know-Your-Business (“KYB”) that are initiated during the client onboarding process and are applied by way of continuous monitoring and reporting. These policies and procedures are being enhanced to comply with industry practice and FATF requirements and guidance as the industry moves towards regulation.
The KYC documents collection for onboarding are aligned with Hong Kong regulatory requirement and checking by our professional compliance team.
